“It is important that Africa gives the necessary considerations to the views and opinions by external entities and ‘development partners’, it is also more important at the same time that Africa become aware of what we want for ourselves.

Pursue what is good for the continent, and defend what is necessary for our collective development.” He noted that a lot of considerations went into the African Continental Free Trade Agreement before it was agreed upon by member state.

    1. Which is why I invoke The Most High to protect President Kagame and guide him to do what is right for Rwanda and for Africa. Amen.

  1. Why must the IMF,WORLD BANK dictate to us the have Europe and the Americas to control.Let us be in peace!!!!

    1. Africa wake up and unite and free us from this frustration of traveling to Europe, American and other country to survive. There don’t even want us more or less respect us. We need to love ourselves. Help ourselves. No one will help us, only us could help ourselves. mean while we have natural resources on this word in Africa and we are still the poorest continent on this earth Because we let others running our countries. Do we really have independent? we need to wake up and united. United we conquer we can do it together . We can do it on our own. Our forefathers did it without technology. We Africans all over the word to come together let our leaders know in the continent that we need to be united. We need Africa free trade would help us a lot to move around in Africa .

  2. Africa unite
‘Cause we’re moving right out of Babylon
And we’re going to our Father’s land

How good and how pleasant it would be
    Before God and man, yeah
To see the unification of all Africans, yeah
    As it’s been said already
    Let it be done, yeah
We are the children of the Rastaman
We are the children of the Iyaman

    1. Be blessed my people when the sun begins to rise upon our former state of colonial repression slavery , racial genocide and intolerance by our former Caucasian exploiters and oppressors. They killed Kadafi when he proposed the African monetary fund to wean us off these elements of Evil notably the IMF. No White man can love us more that we can live ourselves history and facts fringe to dispute this and no other race can help us more than we can help ourselves. Remember we are the ones with innumerable and abundant resources we just need to organize to manage it for the collective good of a people who’s God is not a white Jesus Christ but a Black one, who is and has been crucified with us every time a Black baby dies while in our keep because we have allowed the oppressor decisive and unbridled access due to our lack of integrity and blatant insincerity of ourselves one to another!! Millions of murdered Africans cry out for justice! They cry out not to the IMF but to us who are blood of their blood and flesh of their flesh spirit of their spirit and the fulfillment of their hope in Black salvation which may only be derived from the hands of their brothers who alone can be their keepers . So from my little dot in the world where my Blackness is imbued with Boldness as a consequence of truth! I cry a loud Cry! Rise Africa RISE!! For dont you know that ye are Gods!!

  3. We finally have a president in the continent that understands what we need as africa to stop the vast amount of resources that are systematically being looted by nations that have no good intentions for the afican people. For far too long have we watched as we are labled and accused of being unable to manage our land and resources. For far too long has africa been considered third world, while the developed nations would not be where they are today without the motherland. Its finally time that we start realising our potential, and work towards realising this. Kagame and Malema, are the only 2 leaders who are”woke”. Its sad to see other african leaders not joining in the movement. The only way we win this is if we have africa speak as one. Sad that they had to do Gadaffi like they did, which should be a lesson, stand alone and this becomes a possibility, together, they would have to recolonise us to stopthis from happening. I am following kagames point of view with keen interest. I hope he can lead this thing to being a reality. Kagame, you make me proud to vall myself african, give them hell..

    1. I too support what President Paul Kagame suggests. Let all African leaders view this as a light at the end of tunnel. At least we still have leaders who would to pursue what other African leaders have left. Leaders who do not fear the Western hostility on Africa. Let this be implemented so that Africa may pave its way towards being independent from other economically developed nations. May the motherland be blessed on this.

  4. This Continental Free Trade Area is our current best shot to an Africa that is for Africans, our home. Let’s look towards this mark my brothers and sisters. The ramifications of this project are just too great!
To those who are in business, I suggest that we start planning around the realization of this agreement and how it will affect our businesses.
We may not need “international trade” as we needed it before. This time we will trade among ourselves as brothers and sisters. How great is that?

  5. This is excatly what Africa need to go for. There’s no such shortfall of any kind IMF fears that if they loss that leverage on the continent they won’t have the power to impose any form of sanctions on any African State.

  6. It about time Africa stand up to it right. We can’t be controlled by people who we are making them rich

  7. Here IMF starts! Our beloved and understanding progressive president Kagame, u need all the support of African leaders to make this happen! Am so glad there is atleast one President in African who know what Africans need! #FreeTrade

  8. For how long are we going to wait for the white to have a final say in our African affairs? The notion that the white man has everything to teach the black man and nothing to learn from him is also a cancer in the body of politics and human warfare. The last time I checked Colonel Maummar gaddafi was killed because he wanted Africans to be dependent upon themselves. Now Paul shame of Rwanda has taken up the mantle, and it’s time Africans learn to stand up for justice.

  9. Thank you Mr President for being the true African.for sure we need to be United for our beloved African soil for our future generation.we have all the natural resources and very many good things .I request all our African leaders to join and support our brother Mr President Kagame Paul for the development of Africa.(BLACK IS BEAUTY).
